    Cats or Dogs?

I'm bored at work so I figured I'd split this forum in two.

Are you a cat person or a dog person? And why are dogs the superior choice?

Bonus points if you post a picture of your cat or dog. Super bonus for posting your cat or dog on your Grom or Monkey.

I prefer no pets. Pets tie you to the house and that's not something I enjoy.

But if I had to choose I'd go with cats 100%. Dogs are needy bastards that can't do anything by themselves. Give cats water and food and they can be self sufficient for a weekend. Cats are also arrogant, sarcastic and have a DILLIGAF attitude. Plus, they aren't in your face begging for attention when you get home. That part of dogs is so obnoxious and annoying.

Lol literally every con you said for dogs is a pro to me and vice versa. Dogs are loyal to you. Cats are loyal to whatever feeds them.

both, but my dog is living with my dad since mom died a few years ago. but my cats have been loyal, my current one is very loyal regardless of who feeds her. Just depends how much time you spend with them (dogs, cats, kids, whatever).

MY GF Angie trained my cat (Gwen) to sit and beg for treats. 2nd pic is her in full winter coat, its ridiculous (turkish angora). My dog Cali out at dads, also really good girl. And her 2 dogs (Gia & Charley) are very well trained as well. all animals were rescued, from either a shelter, bad home environment, or as strays abandoned.

Agree 100% I'm a cat person, but would also be ok with no animals. Wife likes dogs and I somehow agreed to one. We had a bloodhound for 2 years, man I REALLY did not like that dog, but I treated and worked with him well because dogs need structure like children. Then we had a baby and the dog had to go, could not wait for that day.

Allergic to cats so dogs win by default.

Since our last dog passed away, we have something a little different.

Sorry everyone else, skipr wins this thread. That little guy is adorable. Is there a story how you ended up with a squirrel?

Found her in my shed just over 4 years ago. She was just a few days old and we had to feed her with a dropper. She became attached and too tame to release, so she now has her own room in our house.
