Anybody else have issues in the 5-6k rpm range? My bike falls on its face in that range anything half throttle or higher. It goes excessively rich at that range and I can’t seem to tune it out (80-100% cells). Mods are as follows:
    Koso 170 w/4 valve head
PCV with wb2 13.2 closed loop with gauge to monitor afr
    34mm throttle body
    Chimera silicone intake
    Hindle exhaust
It wasn’t as pronounced with the stock throttle body as it is with the koso 34mm. It is bad enough that it won’t pull past 5500rpm if you try to lug through in 4th gear. Any ideas?

After the TB swap, did you reset your ECU and TP sensor. Also, calibrate TP settings in the PCV. Then just ride, ECU should adjust over time.

I did a reset, and recalibrated the tps when the throttle body was installed. I have put 3-400 miles on this and it is still crap in that range. It’s drivable, but definitely not great.

what F/I size are you using?

Oh on the 34mm throttle body what air adjustment screw are you using , the stock OEM black plastic one that came off the stock TB or the new brass screw which is what the Koso 34 needs.

Forgot about the injector, sorry. It is the pcx150 injector and a brass air screw.

for me I think the PCX-150 is too small, you need a 10 hole F/I

OP says it's running rich, how will a bigger injector help?

@OP, dumb question but are you accepting trims in the PCV? If so what do these look like?
People have had problems with some PCX injector, maybe this could help in some way: https://www.hondagrom.net/forums/13-...or-issues.html

Not sure I need a bigger injector, it’s not running above 80% idc.

I have been accepting trims, they started in the 30’s and now are 10-20. I tried adding a couple degrees of timing and that didn’t seem to change it at all either.
