    looks like a cast part thats been machined. the finish on the side appears to be rough-ish (not bad). of course i havent had one in my hands so im assuming
    A bunch of old stuff that runs. 2stroke grom build...in process.. eventually...

    Yes, it definitely is either cast or sintered, then smooth surfaces machined, threads cut, etc.

    Fits perfect in the Kitaco arm/pin

    for the metal sprocket it's a DALTON gear Company sprocket 25A20-101 3/8" bore,
    this is a no fit and the way to make it fit is that you got to take the kitaco pin


    and mount it on a small metal hollow stand off that has the right screw thread and screw the pin into the stand off and mount the stand off/pin on a drill press and use a fine sand paper and sand down the pin to fit the 3/8" bore of the metal sprocket. Make sure to remove the side plastics on both sides of the metal sprocket to expose the bearings to the oil for proper lubrication.
