130-80 In the Front?

    130-80 In the Front?

    Hi, I'm not sure if someone try this, but is any drawback (handling, clearance, etc) putting a 130-80 in the front of the Monkey?

    Pretty sure it doesn't fit, but if you did use a tire that wide on the front the bike would feel very lazy turning.

    130/80-12 might have clearance problem with the front fender, 130 seems too wide for the front, stick with 120.

    I tried a Shinko SR007 tire 110/90-12 and that tire would not clear my front fender "too tall".

    The monkey shouldn't have fender clearance issues.
