I have these and am very happy with them: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FM3CDAO/

I'm not sure why you think the TST mirrors won't work with the '17 - the handlebar size hasn't changed from the OG.

You might search around the site or ask more specific questions to get better responses.

I have these mirrors. They work like a charm and don't vibrate at all. The supplied bolts don't fit but you can just reuse the stock Grom bolts like I did and it works perfectly. Best of all, they're $11. The only issue I ran into was that the right-side mirror turned with the throttle. I just used a couple of washers to put some distance between the grip and the mirror and it's not going anywhere.

The bolts in the handlebar weights are the same part numbers for all years: 90191-KWB-600.

Brand new 2017 Grom, I've only had it about a month, but mirror swap first priority as the (ugly scooter) stockers provided only views of my arms. Went for the Driven D-axis (yeah, they're pricey) primarily because the bar end adapter screws right in to the threaded plug in the handlebars without any fuss. Removing the bar end sliders was easy-peasy using the hint from another user, i.e. wrapping them in electrical tape and a quick twist with vicegrips. Convex mirror provides surprisingly wide field of view.
